Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange a product, complete the Return Material Authorization (R.M.A.) Request form below. You will be given credit upon receipt of the material tested and deemed not working. When exchanging a product, return the product and place a new order. A (R.M.A.) Number is required.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request
Be sure to display the R.M.A. number on the shipping label and on the outside of the box. This will ensure that your unit is repaired and returned promptly. You do not need to send any accessories (manuals, software discs, cables, and power supplies) with the unit unless you believe that the accessories are also damaged or you have been instructed to include them by our technicians.
Please use suitable packaging materials to package all items. Wheel Monitor is not responsible for units lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. You are responsible for the initial cost of shipping to Wheel Monitor Inc. for all repairs, returns, and exchanges. You are also responsible for return shipping charges for non-warranty repairs.
* Special Note for our International Customers*
In order to avoid additional customs fees, please list a value of $1.00 for the contents of the package on your shipping invoice and note that it is Return Merchandise. All taxes, duties, fees, and other expenses related to shipping are your responsibility.
