Please be advised that a new version of the communication software is now available. The software extends the expiration date to May 27th, 2021. If you are using version 2109.06 or older, upgrading is required.
Changes to the new version include:
- Minor Bug fixes.
- Minor improvements on some sections and how information is displayed.
If you have already purchased the WMI Communication before, please email us for a link to the new version.
This software is set to read only and requires an installer password to be entered before giving access to change any of the internal settings of the products. We will be sending an email to each of our installers that we have on record including this password. If you do not receive the password, you can send an email to tech@wheelmonitor.com requesting it.
Please note that the password gives the user the ability to change the settings on our products and because of this, the password should only be given to companies with a NSM (National Safety Mark) and that have been approved by Transport Canada.
